A & J Property is uniquely able to effectively manage all aspects of Long term/ Short term furnished and unfurnished apartments and as the preferred property management company for many property owners especially in City Centre and Ampang area. We can also minimize the vacancy rate of apartments.

4. ARRANGE CONTRACTOR ON REQUEST BY THE OWNER/TENANT

We will also arrange contractor for painting, service the air-conditions, lightings,  plumbing work, repair furniture and minor  carpentry.
